Thank you for shopping with Diamond’s Wig Lab! We deeply appreciate your trust and promise to deliver the highest-quality extensions tested for longevity and beauty. Every order includes free gifts and one complimentary wig maintenance service to show our gratitude.

Complimentary Wig Maintenance

Every custom wig purchase using DWL extensions includes a complimentary maintenance service consisting of a shampoo, deep condition, and style. Customers are responsible only for shipping costs to and from Diamond’s Wig Lab. Please email us before sending your unit and include your order number and full name in your message.

 

Hair Care & Coloring

Each order includes a detailed Hair Care Guide to help maintain your extensions and promote long-lasting wear. Our extensions can be dyed or bleached, but we highly recommend allowing Diamond’s Wig Lab or a licensed stylist to perform chemical services. We are not responsible for damage caused by outside coloring, bleaching, or improper maintenance. If your package is missing a care guide, please contact us immediately and we’ll gladly resend it.

 

Measurements and Unit Sizing

Please ensure your head measurements are accurate before ordering, as this determines the perfect fit of your wig. If measurements are not submitted within 24 hours of placing your order, your unit will automatically be made in a medium (22") circumference, which is the average size. Incorrect or estimated measurements may result in poor fit, and a $150 resizing fee will apply (includes deconstruction, remake, and restyling).

If your head has unique features such as a low hairline or asymmetry, a consultation is required before purchase. Diamond’s Wig Lab will not be responsible for sizing issues if no consultation was completed.

 

Turnaround Time & Business Hours

Please note that turnaround time includes business days only. Our business days are Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM EST, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 5PM are considered next-day orders. All shipments and pickups occur only on business days.

 

Product Details and Care

All DWL extensions are 100% raw or virgin, and natural hair colors may vary from natural black to natural brown(excluding 613 hair). Colored units may appear slightly lighter or darker depending on lighting conditions. Each custom wig is handmade, so no two units will be exactly alike, though all will closely match your desired look.

Units labeled “Body Curls” include light to moderate layers, and Bob units feature a blunt cut unless otherwise requested. Deep Wave wigs are not eligible for custom color and may arrive slightly damp due to temperature during transit.
Please follow your Wig Care Tips provided in your package to maintain your unit’s quality and longevity. Diamond’s Wig Lab is not responsible for damage caused by outside stylists or improper bleaching/coloring.

Order Changes and Cancellations

All wigs are machine-sewn by our owner with exceptional care. You have a 12-hour grace period to make any changes or cancel your order. Cancellations during this period incur a 25% fee, including cases where the authorization form is incomplete. After 12 hours, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
If you experience any issue with your unit, it must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Reports made after this time frame will not be honored.

 

Agreement Notice

By submitting your order, you are agreeing to all policies stated above and acknowledging that any fraudulent disputeswill be reported to local authorities and pursued legally.

Refund Policy

At Diamond’s Wig Lab, we take pride in providing high-quality, tested extensions and premium service. Therefore, there are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services once processed. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package. After that time frame, DWL will not be responsible.
If a fraudulent dispute is filed, Diamond’s Wig Lab will pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
