Order Processing & Shipping

Ready-to-Ship Wigs require 3–4 business days for processing (3–5 during Black Friday) and 1–3 business days for shipping. These wigs are sold exactly as pictured with no customizations.
Signature / Build-A-Wig Orders require a 7–21 business day creation period plus 1–3 business days for shipping.

For custom orders, allow 14–21 business days for 2x6 or 5x5 units and 21–30 business days for 6x6 units. Expedited creation is available upon request via email.
Bring Your Own Hair Orders require 7–14 business days of creation time after DWL receives your hair. Extensions should be new and unused; however, previously used hair may be accepted following a free consultation. If used hair is sent without prior approval, additional fees will apply or the hair will be returned at the customer’s expense. You have 30 days from your order date to send or drop off your hair or your order will be canceled with no refund.
Wig Maintenance or Custom Color Services have a 7–10 business day turnaround once DWL receives your extensions (10–14 business days if a lace replacement is required). If your extensions fail a strand test or cannot accept the requested color, the service will be refused and no refund will be issued. For best results, use high-quality hair or purchase directly from DWL.

Shipping Details

Please contact us for our shipping address prior to sending any items. Once your order is processed, tracking information will be emailed (allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update). All packages ship via UPS with adult signature required and include $100 insurance coverage. You may request additional insurance for an added cost.
Ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase—addresses cannot be changed after checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees imposed by their country.
